$ 5.00 per student,
with required Minimum of 200 students per performance. Teachers free. Each student pays $5, but the Tax Office requires the School to add 10% GST in the total payment sent in to Grin & Tonic when we send you our Tax Invoice; this GST is then reclaimable by the School as a Tax Credit ... Where a school would like a Grin & Tonic performance for fewer than 200 students, then in that case there is a per-performance total charge of $1,100, including recoverable GST. |

| Grin & Tonic
again has a packed year of performances for the Public next year as
well as for the Schools, and as you probably realise it's the same
actors in the Troupe who play for both Schools and for the Public.
This is why our available time for Schools performances is becoming
more and more limited. So please indicate for us, as soon as you can, what your preferences are. Best is to send in the attached Booking Form to us by Fax or e-mail. It's actually quite hard for us to try to juggle bookings by ringing you later on, because during the school day you are in class and we are in performance. But if you like to phone then early morning [6.30 to 8.30] is always a sure time to catch one of us before our day starts. You probably realise that Grin & Tonic, unlike the funded managements [QTC, Bell, etc.] doesn't have any Office Staff and that we actors do all our own organising before or between shows. And so after hours is also quite a good time for phone for discussions re dates, content, etc. We're gradually coming close to working out a plan that will suit everyone ...!! |
